How should I care and store my jewelry?

Put on jewelry last when dressing. Store carefully in a pouch or a soft lined box to avoid scratching, keep them away from sunlight, excessive heat or damp conditions. Gemstones especially can lose color after prolonged exposure to sunlight. Take off if you are involved in any activity which could scratch, knock or damage it.  Keep it away from chemicals, hairspray, perfumes.

Does NiMa offer gift wrapping?   

Of course, each purchase comes beautifully packed and wrapped, because whether it’s for you or someone else, it’s a gift just the same.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Does Nima offer engraving?

Some of our pieces can be engraved. Just follow instructions during check out.

Does Nima offer warranty and repair service?

NiMa will repair your pieces within 1 year of the purchase at no additional cost to the customer.  Services covered under our warranty: Jewelry polishing and reshaping, stone tightening, clasp or jump ring repair/replacement, beads restringing. Warranty does not cover any pieces lost or discarded, improperly used or damaged resulting from everyday wear and tear.                                         

All our pieces are handmade and may include slight unique variations in color and size for our gemstones, beads and pearls. Scratches through daily wear are expected as gold is a soft material. Each slight variation adds character to your piece and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Beyond the warranty date we would be happy to repair your NiMa jewelry for a charge. Request a repair thru our customer service.
